We rely on our community and individual donors to help keep our Center operating!

Just like with any family's budget, steady monthly income is vital to stay "in business"! 

Business sponsors are such an important part of our programs! We appreciate every business donor - from small solopreneur business owners to corporate grants! 

This ongoing help is so vital to meeting our annual funding goals.

The heart of our work is encouragement, support, and friendship. Whether it is working 1:1 with a student, hosting a small group English conversation class, helping out in the office, or development support, we have something for those looking for meaningful volunteer experiences. 

It's easy to support the SLC with Kroger Rewards (and it doesn't cost you anything!) 

Just follow the link and log into your Kroger account. Then select us as your organization to support. Every time you shop, Kroger donates to the SLC.  

There is POWER in numbers!

Part of a book club?  Work with Scouts? Belong to a civic, community or church organization?  We'd love for your group to take us on as a fundraising project! Bake sales, book sales, donation jars, FB fundraisers on our behalf - they all add up to fund our literacy programs.
